How It Works — Rotation Deck™

Before Rotation Deck™

The problem
isn't the game.
It's the reset.

Every round ends and the same thing happens. Players crowd the whiteboard. Someone misses their assignment. One court starts late. The organizer becomes the whole system.

  • Players crowd the board between every round
  • Someone always misses their assignment
  • One court starts late and kills session momentum
  • Sit-outs get messy with odd player counts
  • Every round depends on one person to restart it
What manual management costs you
2 to 5 minutes per reset
Each round transition with manual assignments takes 2 to 5 minutes of dead time. Across 8 rounds, that is 40 minutes of a 2-hour session lost to administration.
Organizer burnout
When one person manages every transition, they cannot enjoy the session. Directors who burn out stop running organized play. The community loses its events.
Sessions that never scale
Manual systems cap out around 20 players before they collapse. The only way to grow a session is to remove the organizer from the critical path between every round.
The System

Draw.
Go. Drop.
Play.

Four steps that repeat every round. Players self-direct. Courts reset in under 60 seconds. The organizer stays out of the critical path.

Step 01
Draw
Each player draws a card from the deck. The card tells them their court number and role, server or receiver, in one glance. No waiting for names to be called. No crowding the board. The assignment is already in their hand.
Step 02
Go
Players self-route to the correct court without organizer intervention. The card carries the assignment. There is no board to read, no queue to wait in, and no person to ask. Courts fill fast because players already know where they are going.
Step 03
Drop
When the round ends, players drop their card into the Court Station Drop Box at their court. The system resets automatically. Cards return to the deck. The next round starts from a clean state without the organizer touching anything.
Step 04
Play
Token and championship formats give the session a real ending, not a vague stop time. Token Chase builds momentum every round. Championship format advances top performers into a bracket finish. Every session ends with a clear result.
Before and After

What manual court management costs you every round

Before Rotation Deck™
Manual Court Assignments
  • You call names. Players miss assignments. Everyone crowds the board trying to figure out where they go.
  • The next round waits on you. Every reset is an organizer problem that cannot start without your involvement.
  • Sit-outs and odd player counts require manual calculation every single round.
  • Token tracking and winner advancement happen on a clipboard that only you can read.
  • Sessions slow as courts scale. Adding courts makes the bottleneck worse, not better.
Every reset is an organizer problem.
After Rotation Deck™
Rotation Deck™ Live in Action
  • Players draw, move, and reset with their assignment already in hand. No board, no callouts, no bottleneck.
  • The round restarts without organizer traffic. Courts go live because players already know where they are going.
  • Sit-out and wave cards handle odd counts automatically. No manual calculation required.
  • Winner tokens give every player visible proof of their standing without relying on your clipboard.
  • The system scales cleanly from 4 to 14 courts without changing how players draw, move, or reset.
The round restarts without you.
