TOURNAMENT FLOW™ SYSTEM
Built for open play, round robins, and organized competition

THE PROBLEM ISN'T THE GAMES IT'S THE RESET BETWEEN ROUNDS

Rotation Deck™ removes the organizer bottleneck so players draw, move, and play without crowding the whiteboard, waiting on pairings, or depending on one person to restart every court.

Organizer bottleneck

When organized play grows, the bottleneck shows up fast.

More players should not create more chaos. The problem is not the game, it is the reset process.

  • Players crowd the board
  • Someone misses their assignment
  • One court starts late
  • Sit-outs get messy
The organizer becomes the whole system
Every round depends on one person
Players wait for direction
The session slows as courts scale
Live 25+ Player Tested

THE SYSTEM

DRAW. GO. DROP. PLAY.

The 4-step system that keeps 40+ players moving without organizer bottlenecks.

Step 01

Draw Your Card

Each player gets a visible assignment in hand. No waiting for names to be called.

Step 02

Go To Your Court

Players self-route to the right court and role without organizer intervention.

Step 03

Drop + Redraw

The system resets fast because the card carries the assignment, not the organizer.

Step 04

Play To The Finish

Token and championship formats give the session a real ending, not a vague stop time.

Early prototype using standard playing cards
The real-court workaround that eventually became Rotation Deck™.
The Origin
Built Because a Real Organizer Needed It

Rotation Deck™ did not start as a product idea. It started on real courts, with a tournament director trying to keep organized play moving between rounds.

At first, she used whatever worked, including a regular deck of playing cards. It kept the event moving, but standard cards were never built for court assignment, team separation, or sit-out control. They were a workaround, not a system.

So we built the system that should have existed in the first place. Rotation Deck™ was designed for real events, real players, and real court flow, then tested in live sessions by the organizer who helped inspire it.

Before and After
What manual court management costs you every round
See the difference between manual court management and a live Rotation Deck™ session where players draw, move, and reset with less organizer friction.
Before the Rotation Deck™
Manual court assignments

You call names. Players miss assignments. Everyone crowds the board trying to figure out where they go. The next round waits on you.

Every reset is an organizer problem.

After the Rotation Deck™
Rotation Deck™ live in action

Players draw, move, and reset with their assignment already in hand. No board, no callouts, no bottleneck.

The round restarts without organizer traffic.

FAQ
Questions Organizers Ask
The practical questions organizers ask before choosing their first kit — and before running their first session.
Will players understand it right away?
Most do. The card tells the player their court and role. They draw, walk to the right court, and the round starts. There is no scoreboard to read or app to open. The physical assignment travels with the player, which is what makes it fast to pick up.
What if my group is used to whiteboards or paddle racks?
That is exactly who this is built for. The deck replaces the whiteboard and the paddle queue. Players draw instead of waiting to be called. Courts turn over without the organizer managing each transition. Most groups adjust within the first round.
What if I only run 4 courts?
The deck works well for smaller sessions. For most 4-court parks and weekly open play, the Organizer Kit™ is the best fit. It includes the Rotation Deck™, 6 Court Station Drop Boxes, and 48 tokens — clean coverage right out of the box.
Does this work with odd player counts or sit-outs?
Yes. The included sit-out and wave cards handle odd counts, overflow, and uneven groups without breaking session flow.
Do players need an app or screen?
No. Rotation Deck™ is a physical play system. No apps, screens, batteries, or internet required.
What if I'm not sure my group will follow it?
That is the most common concern at first. In practice, the system becomes clear once players draw, move, and see the court assignment in hand. The physical card reduces confusion because it carries the assignment with the player.
How many players can one deck support?
One Rotation Deck™ supports up to 60 players, depending on your format and court count.
How many courts does one deck cover?
The deck runs 12 courts out of the box and expands to 14 courts using the included flex cards.
What formats are included?
Every deck includes Open Rotation, Championship, and Token Chase, so organizers can run relaxed club play, competitive finishes, or token-based races.
Can I expand later if my sessions grow?
Yes. You can add 4 Court, 6 Court, or 12 Court Expansion Kits, plus the 2 Court Expansion Pair when you need to move from 12 to 14 courts.
What if I lose tokens or damage the deck?
You can order a 100-token refill pack, a Replacement Rotation Deck™, or expansion accessories anytime from the Expansion page.
Can clubs reuse the same deck every week?
Yes. The deck is designed as a repeatable operating system for recurring organized play, including club nights, mixers, ladders, and tournament sessions.
